What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients — some cold calling
  • Deliver software demonstrations and onboarding sessions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the Integrio platform
  • Oversee the full sales process, from discovery to close
  • Support clients post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the client experience

About You

  • Experienced in B2B account management or sales (SaaS or technology background preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling style with excellent communication skills
  • Confident delivering demos, identifying opportunities, and managing objections
  • Target-driven and motivated by long-term client success
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in the South East of England, ideally commutable from East Grinstead.
