We're excited to announce the upcoming opening of Imaginarium 1876, a brand-new restaurant focused on quality, fresh ingredients and great dining experiences. Our aim is to build a passionate, skilled team who will grow with us from day one.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice / Commis Chef to join our kitchen team ahead of our launch. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new — helping us set standards, shape our kitchen culture, and grow your skills alongside experienced chefs.

You'll gain hands-on experience across all sections of the kitchen, learn about professional cooking techniques, and receive full training in food hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the kitchen team with daily prep and service

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen

· Learn recipes, cooking techniques, and plating standards

· Assist in stock checks and deliveries

· Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

· A passion for food and willingness to learn

· Reliable, positive, and a good team player

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ideally working towards or keen to begin a Professional Cookery apprenticeship

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 37.5 per week
