What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, offering expert advice on our product portfolio.
• Manage stock in the sample room and process sample orders efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support sales targets set by the National Sales Manager, promoting products and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive upselling and cross-selling of partner brands.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
• Follow up on sample leads to generate further business opportunities.
• Assist with organising showroom events, including product launches and client presentations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, administration, or sales support.
• A genuine passion for interior design and awareness of current trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening events.
