London Area, United Kingdom Zebra People | B Corp™ Full time £60,000 - £120,000 per year

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join a fast growing product studio, who can bring rigour to their product methodology, while acting as a key connector between clients, designers, & engineers.

You'll need to understand and work with developers, challenge assumptions, and make

informed decisions. You'll take loose or complex client briefs and translate them into clear and prioritised requirements for design &engineering. You'll be the guardrail against scope creep and tech debt, bringing a strategic product mindset across multiple clients.

The role goes beyond delivery management - you'll shape product from discovery to

delivery, embed best practice through mentoring & leadership, & ensure every decision

connects back to user needs and business impact.

What you'll do:

  • Own product and its methodology - take full ownership of the products you manage, knowing them inside and out, constantly testing and improving them. At the same time, embed a clear , consistent approach to discovery, delivery, & development that spans across multiple products.
  • Scale best practise across strategy &client services - capture and pass product development learnings into their GTM and client services team, helping them turn knowledge into tangible solutions across clients.
  • Bridge disciplines - unite design & engineering teams, running stand-ups & sprints, while ensuring ideas translate into delivery and design decisions that align with technical feasibility.
  • Lead client relationships - act as a trusted point of contact, managing communications & aligning product strategy with stakeholders.
  • Lead roadmap development to ensure commercial value & growth for the customer and business.
  • Drive product evolution - keep projects future-facing, ensure continuity and consistency, while finding and creating space for innovation. Make informed trade-offs between speed, scope & scalability.
  • Mentor &support - provide mentorship and guidance to their Digital Project Manager, helping them grow in product-focused roles. Bring leadership and management to product teams, giving them a strong foundation of expertise to build from.

Who you are

  • An expert product manager, with proven experience in product methodology, and the ability to embed and scale structure and process across multiple teams and projects.
  • Technically fluent, with deep knowledge of engineering processes, delivery lifecycles, and system constraints - able to translate between design intent and engineering possibilities, spotting and flagging risks early.
  • Experience working across multiple products simultaneously, comfortable balancing priorities across different clients and industries.
  • Commercially aware, able to make product decisions with business impact. Able to identify where product roadmaps could open new revenue opportunities.
  • A cross functional leader , comfortable leading unified ceremonies, while giving the tools to empower the team to own technical delivery. Excellent at aligning stakeholders, running workshops, and uniting teams around a clear product vision.
  • The role goes beyond delivery management - you 'll shape product from discovery to delivery, embed best practice through mentoring &leadership, &ensure every decision connects back to user needs and business impact.

This is an exciting time to join the business, as they grow our product practice and scale from agency to product powerhouse. As Principal Product Manager, you'll shape how we deliver products for some of the world's most recognised tech businesses. You'll have real influence on how they bridge design and engineering, & set the standard for product management, mentoring and building the team. It's a role with visibility, progression, and a chance to make your mark.
