Position
We are focused on changing the renewable energy industry, and as a Project Engineer, you will have an opportunity to be part of this mission.
We are seeking a candidate who wants to make a meaningful impact, not just in the industry, but also on the environment. Your ability to ask questions, solve problems, and be an integral part of an open collaborative team will be a catalyst for your success.
You will help the Customer Success team maximize Clir's platform benefits for our customers and accelerate the expansion in the EMEA region.

What you'll be doing
- Plan, manage, and document customer journeys, value definition, and customer expectations
- Project manage, oversee, and coordinate the execution of planned customer journeys, including delivery and presentation to customers, aligning technical implementation or analysis with customer outcomes
- Educate customers on Clir's products and services to identify opportunities to deliver more value or upsell wider features and services. Regularly partnering with Business Development to identify opportunities for up-sell and expansion
- Be an exceptional communicator to bring together technical topics and customer needs to drive customer outcomes across Clir's internal teams and external customer teams
- Building relationships that are the bedrock of an excellent customer experience that drives advocacy
- Build advanced knowledge of our product and functionality to guide and support customers on leveraging the platform to reach their outcomes, as well as being able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide next steps to their resolution.
- Work with Customer Success Management, Business Development, and Product Management to drive customer discovery and internal communications around Clir's products, services, and future roadmap
- Cultivate cross-functional knowledge sharing to drive shared success across the business
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing customer accounts, defining value, and aligning expectations in a customer-facing role
- Strong technical background in renewable energy, particularly wind or solar energy projects or asset management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate customers on technical concepts and Clir's products and build lasting relationships that drive excellent customer experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Business Development and Product Management
Bonus
- Experience with AI or machine learning applications in renewable energy
- Track record of identifying and executing up-sell or expansion opportunities
- Multilingual abilities
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms used in energy asset management
