Talent Acquisition Specialist

London, Greater London, United Kingdom 32Co Full time
At 32Co, our mission is bold: empower generalist clinicians to deliver specialist-level care to millions of people through our cutting-edge platform. Imagine being able to walk into your local clinic and receive the same quality of care you'd expect on Harley Street. That's the future we're building — starting with two multi-billion-dollar markets. To make this possible, we're harnessing the latest advances in AI to power our platform, streamline specialist knowledge, and deliver it at scale.
Backed from day one by Balderton Capital (the investors behind Revolut, Citymapper, and Depop), we've already proven our model, gained strong traction, and are scaling rapidly across the UK and beyond. And we're just getting started — our ambition is to expand into multiple healthcare verticals, bringing innovation and accessibility to every corner of medicine.
Now we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale a world-class team that can power the next phase of our growth and bring this vision to life.
Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of 32Co by ensuring we hire the very best people. You'll partner with hiring managers to design and run recruitment processes that attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent - all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Joining our small, agile Talent team of two means you'll have real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to directly influence how we scale. This is a high-impact role with business-wide visibility, giving you the chance to shape the talent that will drive our next phase of growth.
What you'll do:
Lead the charge with hiring. You'll own end-to-end recruitment across multiple teams, shaping the way we attract and bring in top talent at every level.
Attract exceptional talent. Your creativity will shine as you uncover both active and passive candidates across every part of the business.
Partner with our leaders. You'll work hand-in-hand with department heads to define role requirements, anticipate hiring needs, and keep stakeholders in the loop with timely updates.
Commit to an excellent candidate experience. Work to ensure a smooth and positive interview process for all candidates, from initial outreach through to offer.
Own the data. Take pride in keeping our ATS accurate and power insights for reporting, forecasting, and smarter hiring decisions.
Champion our vision. You will likely be the first point of contact for a candidate and as an ambassador for the company, you'll convey 32Co's mission, vision, and values with authenticity, energy, and pride.
Requirements:
Your enthusiasm for hiring is unmistakable, and you bring a genuine passion for building teams. You know how to find, attract, and engage exceptional technical talent, and you're excited by the opportunity to hire across a variety of functions.
Juggling multiple roles? You're confident managing multiple roles at once - high-volume recruitment energises you, and you know how to deliver quality at speed in a fast-scaling environment.
Adaptability is your strength. You embrace change, proactively suggest improvements, and easily adapt to new ideas, processes, and priorities.
Communication is your superpower. Whether written or verbal, you communicate clearly and authentically. You enjoy building relationships and you shine when speaking with candidates.
Organisation is crucial.  You are extremely organised, ensuring that recruitment processes are run smoothly, candidates are kept updated, and you ensure all reporting and tracking systems remain up to date.
Proactive by nature. You don't wait for things to happen - you anticipate needs, prioritise well, stay one step ahead, and genuinely love learning and refining your craft.
Seeking a hybrid role. Our office is based in Hoxton and we commute in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Why join us:
Real-World Impact: Play a leading role in helping contribute to improving patient outcomes and transforming clinical efficiency across the UK.
Growth Environment: Own a high-impact vertical and contribute to the strategic growth of a Seed-funded company backed by Tier 1 VCs.
Founding Team: Work alongside high-calibre professionals, including an ex-Oxbridge doctor and a former BCG consultant.
Perks: Birthday day off, regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat.
