You will provide strategic leadership and direction, establishing strong partnerships with employers, professional bodies, and training providers to deliver high-quality, industry-aligned programmes. The role will involve overseeing the design, implementation, and quality assurance of innovative provision spanning pre-employment, apprenticeships, and continuing professional development, while embedding competence management and Building Regulations principles throughout. You will also secure and manage diverse funding streams, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the Construction Technical Excellence College.
We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking leader with senior experience in the construction or construction education sector, excellent commercial and partnership-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry compliance frameworks. With the ability to inspire and influence at all levels, you will combine strategic vision with operational credibility, driving collaboration, inclusion, and measurable impact.
