Curating and delivering an exceptional, Sunday Roast menu.

Leading and training the kitchen team to uphold the highest standards.

Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Managing stock levels, budgets, and food costs effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef in Sunday Roast dining.

Creativity and innovation in menu creation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Passionate about delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
