Benefits and Employee Engagement Specialist

Position Summary
The Benefits and Employee Engagement Specialist - Europe develops and delivers communication and engagement strategies that help employees understand, value, and engage with the company's total rewards offerings including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. This role partners closely with the Total Rewards, People & Culture, and Internal Communications teams in the USA to promote transparency, employee understanding, and appreciation of the organization's holistic rewards philosophy. The position also provides hands-on support during benefits events such as open enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans that promote awareness and understanding of Total Rewards programs in Europe.
- Partner with USA and European HR, Benefits, and Internal Communications teams to communicate compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
- Create engaging, accessible, and inclusive content for various internal channels (companies intranet, newsletters, digital signage, manager toolkits, and presentations).
- Support employee engagement campaigns supporting the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and total rewards philosophy in Europe.
- Coordinate and support

, benefits updates, and employee education sessions in Europe. - Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries as needed, ensuring clear and timely communication in Europe.
- Collect feedback and use data to measure communication effectiveness and improve future engagement strategies.
- Partner with vendors and creative teams to develop materials that reinforce total rewards awareness and appreciation.
- Support leadership with communication materials, talking points, and presentations related to Total Rewards initiatives.
- Support benefits and compensation administration in Europe.
Education/Knowledge/Skills/Experience Desired
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR communications, employee engagement, or Total Rewards.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems, benefits administration, and workers' compensation processes preferred.
- Experience managing benefits communications and open enrollment logistics is a plus.
