Head of Finance PE Backed Healthcare Services

Marks Sattin Executive Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Finance (no one in finance) to join a PE backed Healthcare Services business. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting business with exposure to a broad range of responsibilities.
This is a key role within the business involving aligning the objectives and priorities of the Finance department and the overall objectives of the board. The role requires a driven and results orientated leader able to identify opportunities for improvements in systems, processes, and controls in order to drive the continued growth of the business. The Head of Finance will have a strong relationship with senior management and the board.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Experience within a people based environment, preferably but not essentially in a PE Backed business
- Have managed the annual budgeting process and obtained appropriate input from key stakeholders in the business
- Experienced in managing a small finance team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
