Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, store, pick, and load stock accurately and on time.
  • Sign for deliveries, check quantities, and record any damages or discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and ensure all FLTs and handling equipment are well maintained.
  • Promote our Safety First culture, safety always comes first.
  • Provide excellent service at customer collection and returns points.
  • Support the wider team with stocktaking, overtime, and general warehouse duties as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
  • Reach Truck licence (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong accuracy, numeracy, and basic IT skills.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred.
  • A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to work independently.
