Bank Care Assistant

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a bank care assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, The Beeches on a zero hour, permanent contract, £13.20-£13.30 per hour.

The Beeches is a residential care home in East Harling, South Norfolk providing short-term, respite care and longer term support to older people, including those living with dementia.

The successful candidate must be flexible to do days and nights.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

  • Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
  • Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Caring personality and caring nature
  • Positive attitude and outlook
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to complete physical task
  • Availability to work every other weekend
  • Flexibility with working hours
