Administrator (Back Office)

We're looking for someone with excellent administration skills to join our busy back office functions team at Royal Primary Care based at our Grangewood site in Chesterfield. The role involves working within the Recalls and Finance Teams.
37.5 hours per week - Full Time permanent position
- Monthly claims to ensure maximum income
- Maintain the QOF registers (Quality Outcome Framework)
- Call patients as part of the recalls systems and process.
- Update and/or undertake searches as appropriate with the recalls/data process and collation of data.
- Process invoices as appropriate and in accordance with the process.
- Ensure spreadsheets are maintained and up to date.
- Ability to produce reports on Excel and IT systems.
- Undertake system searches to facilitate recall process.
- Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the Practice including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the Practice team.

Quick Leaner
The successful candidate should have great I.T. skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Outlook.
Other essential skill/qualifications are GCSE/ Functional Skills in English & Maths Level C/ Grade 4, ability to follow instructions, a desire for service improvement, having a pro-active approach in learning, attention to detail, problem solver and produce quality work.
Desirable skills/ qualifications are Medical Terminology, NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration, knowledge of an NHS environment, knowledge of working with SystmOne (or equivalent). Previous read coding advantageous
