Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

This is for supported accommodation service in Elgin.

Six individuals live within this supported community of bunglows. They share a waking night responder who is on shift alongside another waking night staff member based in the home of one of the people we support. All six individuals have complex support needs and require monitoring overnight to ensure their safety and security, which may include providing direct support to one of them. Full training is provided.
