Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Asbestos or Construction related industry within an administration role is preferred but not essential for the role.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

The Role

  • Assisting in the scheduling of work for site staff.
  • Collecting and filing information from site staff before sending to clients.
  • Taking telephone calls and dealing with all enquired in an efficient manner, maintaining good working relationships with clients.
  • Inputting data on to internal databases and client portals
  • Providing effective control of the companies' documents and training files.
  • Assisting in ensuring that the office runs efficiently.
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties, such as filing documents and scanning.

Hours

  • Part Time, ideally 5 hours per day (12 noon - 5pm) Monday - Friday, although we are open to discuss hours that might suit your needs within the hours of 7AM-5PM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
