About the role:

As a Business Administrator (Telecoms), you will support and engage with different parts of the organisation, working with both internal teams and external customers. Flexibility and responsiveness are requirement for this role, primary 25% will be managing the monthly billing run, and the rest of the time you will be providing sales administration support to the marketing and sales teams to ensure the company's goal of delivering professional, robust, and consistent service to all clients. The hours are working Monday - Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage the monthly billing and invoicing process and produce accurate records, including emails, letters, files, payments, reports, and proposals.

Identify opportunities to increase client revenue and pass qualified leads to the sales team for conversion.

Support Solutions Architects in preparing accurate quotes and proposals.

Provide sales administration support and assist with documentation across teams.

Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other key business documentation.

About you:

As the successful Business Administrator (Telecoms) you will have previous experience within the telecoms industry, with knowledge of Giacom aBillity or similar billing systems. Candidates who have transferable skills will be consider if they have experience and confidence of managing billing runs and invoicing processes. Strong administration skills are an essential, with good communication skills (written and verbally), effective relationship building skills as well as organised, methodical, reliable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be able to solve problems calmly, and adaptable to change when needed with a professional and positive attitude, along with integrity and a genuine commitment to providing a high-quality service. A willingness to keep learning and developing your skills, is essential.
