Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, property management skills and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and your organisational skills will be key in managing client relationships and property listings.

Duties

  • Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.
  • Arrange and manage property viewings, ensuring they are accurately conducted.
  • Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and updating client records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not essential, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail in documentation.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property market and sales techniques.

  • Ideal start date within 1-2 weeks, but with some flexibility
