  • Develop and embed a unified operational framework that elevates how delivery operations, vendor management, technical solutions, and digital supply chain functions collaborate – serving as the senior conduit across internal departments (Production, Sales, IT, and Research) and external technology partners to drive operational excellence and seamless content execution for new and catalog titles.
  • Define operational KPIs and deliver against key pillars of delivery performance, automation, cost efficiency, partner satisfaction, and digital transformation.
  • Represent Hasbro Entertainment in partner negotiations, RFP processes, and technical consortia with external global distribution partners.

Operational Strategy & Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end content supply chain, from ingestion to partner delivery, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and scalability.
  • Lead modernization of Hasbro's global content operations infrastructure, including media asset management, metadata, localization, and delivery systems.
  • Architect and implement new workflows and cloud-based tools to support omnichannel content delivery across SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and linear broadcast partners.
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership teams to establish technical operations KPIs tied to revenue realization, delivery speeds, and cost per asset delivered.

Vendor Management

  • Oversee primary vendor relationships for asset delivery to global networks and digital partners, as well as channel playout (e.g., FAST).
  • Negotiate commercial and technical terms to optimize cost structures while ensuring service reliability and innovation from third-party partners.
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard new vendors and technology partners through rigorous RFI/RFP processes that align with Hasbro's technical and operational standards.
  • Build long-term partnerships that future-proof Hasbro's ability to distribute content seamlessly worldwide as market demands evolve.

  • Champion integration of emerging technologies like AI-powered media workflows, predictive analytics, and automated rights tracking to enhance operational throughput and accuracy.
  • Establish standardized global data and reporting ecosystems, ensuring transparency in cost performance, SLA compliance, and partner delivery metrics.
  • Continuously assess and adopt new delivery technologies and cloud solutions to enhance scalability and reduce turnaround time across territories.

Commercial & Budget Accountability

  • Own the operational budget for content delivery, digital workflows, and technical infrastructure, ensuring cost optimization across vendors and service lines.
  • Negotiate and manage all vendor contracts, optimizing annual spend and implementing cost-saving initiatives that drive measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team (Content Sales & Digital Sales) to validate deal structures, delivery costs, and technical requirements in support of revenue growth.

Governance, Compliance & Quality

  • Establish global technical delivery standards and ensure all content meets QC, metadata, and compliance criteria of each partner network and platform.
  • Maintain robust operational governance frameworks around data security, rights management, localization policy, and accessibility requirements.
  • Oversee all documentation of workflows, specifications, and technical architecture critical to partner integrations and regulatory compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective hub across Production, Sales, Research, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align technical delivery with creative and commercial goals.
  • Represent the operations function in executive discussions, presenting performance insights, risk mitigation strategies, and innovation roadmaps to senior leadership.
