Since then the group has done multiple acquisitions within the beauty and personal care space acting as a consolidator and true accelerator for brands in the natural/clean segment. The current portfolio includes well known brands like Dr Organic, Aloe Dent, la Saponaria, Satin Naturel and HairLust
As TOCG continues to grow together as a House of Clean & Green Beauty Brands, and with digital playing an ever-increasing role into our consumer's product discovery and purchase journey, we're taking an important step to strengthen and accelerate the digital footprint across all TOCG entities and brands and now seeking the following role:
Overview
Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager – Social (Meta – TikTok - Snapchat)
Location: London (Hybrid) or remote
Reports to: Chief Digital Officer
Job Description
As Performance Marketing Manager - Social, you'll fuel the growth and efficiency of Meta, TikTok and Snapchat platforms across our portfolio of clean beauty and wellbeing brands. You'll be responsible for planning, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across social channels to drive profitable growth of a fast-growing clean beauty platform, working closely with brand and digital teams.
What Your Role Will Be:
- Plan, manage, and optimize
paid social campaigns
across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat across multiple brands and markets - Build and execute
full-funnel strategies
(awareness → conversion) to drive profitable customer acquisition and retention - Monitor and analyse campaign
campaign profitability
, ensuring alignment with
ROAS, CPA, and CAC
targets - Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop
performance-driven ad concepts
and scalable creative frameworks - Analyse
performance data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable
optimisations
via our attribution modelling tools - Lead
A/B testing
on creatives, audiences, and placements to unlock growth opportunities - Stay ahead of
platform updates
,
innovations
and emerging trends, implementing best practices and innovations.
What You Bring:
- 3+ Years experience
in performance media buying for Social channels in e-commerce/D2C - Deep understanding of
key performance metrics
& attribution modelling - Proven success managing
significant advertising budgets
across multiple markets and/or brands - Languages
: English mandatory. Italian, Spanish, German or Scandinavian languages are a plus
