About The Role
We are looking for a Retail Project Manager to lead and deliver key retail projects across our showroom estate. This role will support the ongoing development and transformation of our UK retail operation, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and on time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Retail Operations Team at the Nest in Barton Upon Humber.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end retail improvement projects from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate across teams to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Track progress, budgets, and outcomes to ensure success.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.
  • Engage stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and safety standards.
  • Use data and customer insights to set priorities and measure KPIs.
  • Proactively manage risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, and data-savvy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven success in delivering projects.
