FOH Cafe Supervisor

Front of house / Waiting staff - part time - TRURO

Chacewater Garden Centre is a growing garden centre on the outskirts of Truro. We have a thriving Cafe inside the garden centre which serves breakfasts, hot meals, snacks, coffee and cake.

The Cafe requires a Cafe Supervisor who is friendly, confident and hardworking. We require someone to work Monday, Thursday and Sunday, 8.30am until 4.30pm. It would also be helpful if the applicant was flexible and could cover any holiday when required.

We are looking for someone who is used to a fast paced, high volume environment with a hands on approach.

Duties will include, supervising of staff, ensure smooth and efficient service, managing opening and closing tasks and cash handling. Maintain quality , accuracy and speed of service and ensure a clean, safe and fully operational environment.

We require someone who has previous supervisory experience in a cafe or restaurant, experience with daily operations, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with excellent customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.85 per hour
