Overview

Home- School Transport Driver £13/h PAYE

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving and delivery, ensuring the safe and timely transport of School Children / vulnerable adults

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate vehicles for the delivery of passengers to designated locations.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
  • Will need to Optain a Private Hire Drivers license from Canterbury City Council, we will support through and pay everything needed for the right candidate.
  • £250 sign up bonus for existing license / badge holdeer
  • will need to pass
  • DBS
  • Driver Medical
  • Driving Assesment
  • Basing online safeguarding course
  • Start date as soon as everything is optained, earliner the better for us. Likly to take 2-4 weeks to get license.
  • Company car, fuel, insurance, amintenance inluded.
  • Pay PAYE monthly on 28th

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record; experience as a commercial driver is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers effectively.
