Product Optimisation Assistant

About the Role:
As a Product Optimisation Assistant, you will play a key role in driving website optimisation for brands. You will work closely with internal cross functional teams including eCommerce, Product and Operations where strong communication skills are essential. You will be brand-facing and the role requires you to train and support brands with optimised practices to maximise their online sales and drive commercial success.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to drive PDP optimisation across key brands and product areas. This role involves managing tabbing, colourway and fit grouping, and updating copy headers to ensure consistency and best-in-class presentation. You will oversee escalated optimisation tasks, such as implementing new fit dropdowns, and lead a team of four EXL Optimisation Heads responsible for delivering brand and product team requests.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving optimisation processes by developing and updating request templates, providing training on eCommerce optimisation best practices, and ensuring brand teams are equipped to submit accurate and effective requests. Collaboration is central to this position. You'll work closely with brand partners to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement, while also supporting the eCommerce team in actioning new product opportunities to enhance performance and customer experience.
About You:
Experience within a commercial environment is essential for this role, along with the ability to identify and review commercial opportunities to drive sales.
You should be confident in prioritising optimisations and brands based on key commercial objectives and significant sales potential. Organised, thorough, and motivated by new challenges, you'll thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment where attention to detail and strong time management are key. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing workloads to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with both immediate colleagues and wider teams at various levels. You should be highly motivated, hardworking, and professional, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
