Souv-lucky Day is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals suitable for a till operation role. You will be joining a family run business with one goal in mind: to bring customers the taste of high-quality, delicious Greek food, easily. Thanks to our over 20 years experiences we know what makes food great, therefore all our produce choices are made consciously. That way we'll only ever serve customers amazing, fresh, and unforgettable food.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers and taking their orders

  • Operating the till/POS system for sales and processing payments

  • Handling cash and card transactions responsibly

  • Assisting with packing and handing out takeaway orders

  • Supporting the team with other small tasks as needed (e.g. restocking drinks or packaging)

  • Keeping the checkout area clean and tidy

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in customer service is required

  • Experience in using a POS or till system is desirable, but training can be provided

  • Reliable and able to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods

  • Ability to work effectively with a kitchen team, and complying with company procedures and food safety policies

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Honest, punctual, and hardworking

  • Team player who can also take initiative when needed
