Overview

We're seeking a motivated Inbound B2C Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this primarily sales focused role (70% sales, 30% admin), you'll engage with customers, promote our mobile installation services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls and upsell products to meet customer needs.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media and phone with clear, concise information, quickly and efficiently.
  • Process incoming online orders and also order stock.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement.
  • Update customer records and sales activities in our CRM and booking systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify cross-selling opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in retail or service business.
  • Minimum 1 years experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Confidence, assertiveness, and strong sales-closing skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, sales software, office etc.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle objections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
