To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Fund Operations professional who wants to play a pivotal role in scaling our business and revolutionising the Private Markets.
How the role contributes to the company's visionThis critical role will help operationalise our go-to-market strategy in the fund administration space. By taking ownership of and professionalizing customer interactions in the enterprise segment, this role will ensure complex post-onboarding operations, enabling our team to scale significantly.
Top responsibilitiesEnsure customer satisfaction during onboarding and act as the main point of contact for Account Managers during post-onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for Enterprise and Fund customers, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Be part of the execution of complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting.
Collaborate with module owners and own projects to improve workflows that enhance the quality and speed of delivery.
Support the onboarding process for at least two fund migrations and two new fund setups.
Manage entity setup, LP onboarding, capital call, and reporting setup execution for a Fund on our platform.
Get familiar with and utilize all internal tools.
Provide initial improvement suggestions for onboarding and the migration processes.
You have gained 3+ years of experience in dynamic environments like consulting, VC, or law, where you developed a skillset in project management and handled tight deadlines.
Knowledge of fund services and operations or experience in fund law, including a key understanding of fund structures, the ability to review LPAs and identify key (economical) terms.
Strong client-first attitude and experience communicating with customers.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.
Curiosity and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimisation.

Fluent in English
