Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Home Health Care Assistant. The Home Health Care Assistant will be responsible for providing care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities will include personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring health conditions and providing companionship, meal preperation and light domestic tasks.

Additionally, the role requires effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Home Care and Patient Care
  • Ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Proficiency in Personal Care tasks
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in home healthcare is a plus
  • Relevant certifications and training
