Analytical Test Supervisor

We are looking for a leader for our Analytical Test Technician team based out of our Durham, NC facility  We need an Analytical Test Supervisor  This position requires that you have direct experience in Analytical Testing in the Semiconductor Manufacuring Industry/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.  We also require that you are local the Durham NC office but willing to travel for projects when needed across the US

Responsibilities:Operate, organize, and maintain analytical testing equipmentOrganize, coordinate, and maintain records of equipment calibrationsManage analytical technicians and schedulesClient interface and managementHelp bid work and build proposalsCreate, review, sign-off, and deliver test reportingAttend regular internal and project coordination meetings, both virtual and in-personAble to work and manage projects and personnel independentlyReview and approve time sheets and expense reportsAble to work flexible schedule, including weekends and overtimeAble to coach, train, and develop analytical techniciansAble to travel on both long-term and short-term projectsRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years' experience in semiconductor analytical testingAt least 1 year management experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)Preferred Experience and Certifications:ASNT, ACCP, or Employer-Issued LT, VT, PT, or UT NDT Levels II or IIIAWS CWIISO 8573 / NFP 99 / USP-NFBluebeam or equivalent mark-up and collaboration softwareProcore, EIDA or equivalent project management cloud servicescGMP and/or GDocP  PMPSix SigmaDegree, diploma, or certification in welding, applied or physical science
