The role

I am working on behalf of a fantastic secondary school based in Glastonbury, that is looking for a teacher to join the ICT department and lead classes across a variety of age ranges. The role will involve, planning & marking your own lessons and working proactively with other members of the department. There is a focus on engaging students so they understand the importance of internet safety and the exciting and innovative ways of using technology.

The headteacher is looking for a kind, approachable individual, who can show excellent organisational skills, be assertive.

  • A solid understanding the curriculum

The school I am looking for really prioritises strong subject knowledge and a teacher that is a breath of fresh air. Someone who can engage their students in their learning but also push them to be the best they can be in and out of the classroom.
