Skilled Fencer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fencer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction-related tasks and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role involves the installation of fencing structures, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of wooden fencing.
• Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment and spacing.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, digging, and fastening materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments to determine fencing requirements based on customer specifications.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.

Skills

• experience is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to fencing installation.
• Ability to fabricate materials as needed for custom fencing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
