About the Role

We're looking for Structures Site Technicians of all levels to join our Structures and Pavements Department. Based in Warrington, this role involves working on a variety of projects across the UK, from listed bridges and iconic buildings to national highway assets.

Day to day, you'll carry out specialist in-situ testing, inspections, and sampling of structures and pavements. You'll receive full external training, including working at height, confined spaces, and health and safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting site testing, inspections, and sampling to high standards of safety and quality
  • Ensuring test equipment is clean, calibrated, and fully functional
  • Maintaining a professional attitude when representing the company on-site with clients and suppliers
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card (if not held, CTS Group will arrange your test)
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and commitment to safety

Additional Details

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility: Regular weekend and night work may be required
  • Travel: Nationwide travel and overnight stays are part of the role (company vehicle provided)
