Finance and Administration Assistant

Our Head Office is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist the accounts department with a variety of finance and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities are:
- Inputting purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50
- Allocating bank payments
- Weekly timesheet processing
- Processing expenses
- Assist with month end reconciliation
- Resolving accounting queries
- Assisting with paperless system
- Utility/service queries
- Other ad-hoc accounting or admin duties that arise
Requirements:
- Must have experience using Sage or similar accounting software
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- An understanding of CIS and VAT in the construction industry
- Good organisation, communication skills and high level of accuracy/attention to detail
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- Preferably AAT studier or qualified but relevant experience will also be considered
- Hours: per week
