  • Salary from £25,500 FTE, depending on experience

About You:You're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and dedicated to ensuring the best patient experience. You're proactive, team-oriented, and confident in handling a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Front-of-house and administrative duties

  • Clinical pre-screening

  • Frame styling and dispensing advice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' optical experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Confident communicator and team player

  • Availability to work full-time, including alternate Saturdays
