You'll act as a key point of contact for Estates and Facilities matters, engaging confidently with clinical teams, contractors, and senior managers.

You will manage and supervise a team of Support Services Coordinators, ensuring consistent service delivery and professional development. You'll oversee helpdesk operations, allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and support staff development through coaching and feedback. You'll lead the implementation of robust data and information management protocols across estates, facilities, and sustainability functions, ensuring compliance with statutory, NHS, and Trust-specific requirements.

You will produce high-quality reports and dashboards, analyse trends in helpdesk activity, FOI requests, procurement, and incident reporting, and present findings to senior managers. You'll coordinate Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, ensuring accurate logging, prompt assignment, and timely resolution. Oversight of the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk and CAFM system is key, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, and resolved efficiently.

You'll support procurement and financial administration, monitor contracts, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement, acting as a key contact for Estates and Facilities matters. You'll ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information governance standards, contribute to audit preparation, and promote a culture of accountability and responsiveness.
