GOAT Burger is coming to Brompton Road, London – and we're looking for a passionate and driven Front of house staff. This is not just another burger shop — it's a movement, and we need someone who can run the show to franchise standards, from pre-opening to peak hours. Below are the positions required

Restaurant Supervisors - £14.00 an hour + service charge

Reports To: Restaurant manager

Role Summary:

As a Supervisor at GOAT Burger, you bridge the gap between management and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistently great guest experience. You lead by example, support the team during busy shifts, and maintain the high standards GOAT Burger is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with training new staff and providing on-the-job coaching.
• Monitor team performance during shifts and provide real-time feedback.
• Step into any role as needed to support operations during peak times.
• Monitor service flow and adjust team deployment to maintain efficiency.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring all checklists are completed.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and report maintenance needs to the Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Support scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate team coverage.
• Track and report daily sales, inventory, and staff performance metrics.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with inventory management and supply orders.

Who You Are:

• An experienced team leader with 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in quick-service or casual dining. Arabic language would be a bonus
• Confident in coaching and motivating staff to deliver excellent service.
• Organized and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for managing both guest interactions and team collaboration.
• Committed to upholding health, safety, and operational standards at all times.

Waiters & Waitresses - £9.00 to £12.50 an hour + Service charge

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor

Role Summary:

As a front of house staff at GOAT Burger, you are the face of the brand, responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. You deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied while upholding GOAT Burger's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and answer any questions about dishes and beverages.
• Accurately take orders, noting guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service throughout their visit.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including pre-bussing and resetting tables.
• Escalate significant issues to the Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Consistent positive feedback from guests regarding service.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in a customer service or restaurant role, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Arabic language would be a bonus
