The Role: Compliance Manager

You'll lead and inspire your teams to achieve exceptional performance. Your role will blend strategic oversight with hands on leadership, ensuring our processes are compliant

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading the Compliance, Compliance Admin, and Payroll teams to consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Driving process improvements to make our compliance and payroll operations even more efficient.
  • Ensuring pre-employment checks and safeguarding protocols are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Managing weekly payroll delivery with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Building strong communication channels with internal teams to keep workflows smooth.
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating your managers and team leaders.
  • Handling complex compliance and safeguarding queries with professionalism and care.
  • Staying ahead of legislative changes and ensuring our processes adapt quickly.
