Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Ride Leader / Supporting Crew with European Cycling Tours. The Ride Leader will lead and manage groups on cycling events. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, delivering excellent service, and promptly resolving any concerns. The role involves supporting participants during tours and assisting with promoting additional services or tours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing groups in the outdoors.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage groups of various sizes
  • Passion for cycling and the outdoors, with the ability to adapt to different terrains/conditions.
  • Multi-language proficiency is an advantage
