Experience and qualifications you will have:

  • Level 3 QCF Diploma in Residential Childcare - Essential.
  • Driver's licence essential - Use of onsite vehicles and regular driving.
  • Experience of working with young people, with complex needs within a residential setting at Senior or Deputy level.
  • Thorough knowledge of Ofsted Regulations
  • Effective characteristics and personality to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to place young people at the centre of all practice and decision making.
