The role
We're looking for a Brand Creative Operations Manager to join the Brand team - a critical new role at the intersection of creative execution and business demand.

You'll be the operational engine that drives the creative team's efficiency, transforming stakeholder requests into streamlined, executable projects.

Reporting to the Brand Director, you'll serve as the single point of truth for creative timelines, capacity, and project status, enabling creative talent to focus on high-quality execution.

This role is essential for ensuring all creative work is delivered on time, on budget, on brand, and compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

You'll be:

  • Establishing a clear, consistent process for all business units (Marketing, Product, Men's Health, Women's Health, etc.) to submit creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete and correctly prioritised.
  • Managing resource allocation, scheduling projects, and assigning tasks to in-house designers, writers, and freelancers to meet deadlines.
  • Continuously identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks, introducing tools and reporting structures to improve speed and transparency.
  • Overseeing all active creative projects, tracking progress and proactively communicating status updates and risks.
  • Implementing and maintaining systems for central asset storage, tagging, and distribution to ensure accessibility and version control.
  • Managing compliance and approvals across legal, medical, and brand review cycles.
  • Tracking the Brand and Creative budget, monitoring spend across production costs such as photoshoots and video production.
  • Managing vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract management, and invoice processing.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Content Operations, or Project Management - ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or brand-led environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in building and managing end-to-end creative workflows for design and copy across multiple channels (digital, social, OOH, print).
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or similar) for complex dependency and capacity management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive accountability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in budgets, compliance documentation, and asset control.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for solving problems through systematic, scalable processes.
