As Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind a premium wine brand, shaping its story, strategy, and growth. You'll lead the development of marketing initiatives that inspire both trade partners and consumers, delivering campaigns across on-trade, off-trade, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring the brand's story and positioning are consistently reflected across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity that engage both consumers and trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and brand innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales, commercial teams, and external partners to maximise brand growth and performance.
  • Represent the brand at tastings, trade events, and industry showcases, sharing your knowledge and passion for premium wines.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively to ensure ROI while maintaining the premium positioning of the brand.
  • Mentor and inspire junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and enthusiastic working environment.

We are looking for a candidate with a WSET Diploma, a strong understanding of premium wines, and genuine excitement for the industry. You will have experience in brand management, ideally within premium wine space, and be confident translating insights into innovative campaigns that make an impact. Exceptional communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with energy and focus are essential.
