£18-20 p/h (inside IR35)

9am – 5pm
Job Purpose
Ensures training is scheduled, resourced and coordinated in a cost-effective effective and efficient way. The role provides professional customer service to a wide range of people. It brings accuracy and attention to detail through a range of business systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Taking responsibility for the effective scheduling and coordination of training and assisting the Manager with more complex scheduling decisions or projects.
- Maintaining the training plan – have a clear understanding of demand and budget to ensure courses run efficiently.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships, particularly those in training design and delivery, working closely with them to understand the changing support needs.
- Working with trainers and suppliers to support technical requirements for delivery.
- Making payments to suppliers and freelancers, feeding data into planning and budgeting processes.
- Working with various business systems and processes, ensuring highly accurate and timely recording and reporting of data to meet departmental objectives.
- Providing an excellent customer service giving advice and assistance to deal with customer queries or complaints.
- Assisting with the management of training venues and day-to-day operations on sites where required.
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration, ensuring efficient use of resources whilst still meeting the training need.
Requirements
- Experience of working effectively as part of a team with interlinking dependencies. Distributing information through sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, juggling workload and working to tight deadlines effectively, often under pressure
- Plan and organise, with proven ability to manage a changeable workload
- SkAdvise, influence and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers and stakeholders within and external to our client
- Analyse and the ability to identify the most effective logistical support required, developing innovative and effective solutions to business challenges
- Identify problems and find efficient, innovative solutions and apply commercial imperatives to decision making to deliver value for money
- Demonstrate IT literacy with good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to learn new systems and apply excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate knowledge and interest in the principles of training and understanding of the output of the client
- Experience of managing or working to defined budgets and financial plans
- Deliver high quality customer service to a wide range of people
- Utilise communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships
