Role Objective

We are looking for a determined and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic production team located in Tunbridge Well Kent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry leading mailing equipment and mailing processes, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of direct mail materials. This role requires someone with a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in pursuing a career in the printing and mailing industry.

You will be part of a dedicated friendly team reporting directly to the Production Manager, so this is an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to enhance their career and gain experience working in an ambitious, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Operate mailing equipment for inserting, addressing, and sorting

·      Ensure compliance with postal regulations and client specifications

·      Envelop printing and mail processing

·      Maintaining equipment.

·      Conduct quality checks throughout the mailing process

Skills and Experience

·      Experience running modern mailing inserting machines, envelope printing and mail processing

·      The ability to work well as part of a team

·      Good attention to detail and accuracy

·      Good communication skills

·      A flexible attitude within the workplace

·      A reasonable standard of Maths and English

·      Able to keep to up with the fast-paced environment
