Location: Sonya Lodge Care Home, 10 High Road, Dartford Kent DA2 7EG
Contracted hours: Various hours per week, based on an as-needed basis, 0-hour bank contract.
(Hourly) rate of pay: From £12.50

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Minibus Driver to join our dedicated team at Nellsar Care Homes.

As our Minibus Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our residents and staff for day trips and activities outside the home. You will provide a professional and friendly service, helping to support the daily life of our care home community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely driving the minibus for residents, staff and other designated journeys.
  • Carrying out routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
  • Refuelling and maintaining the vehicle as required.
  • Communicating politely and effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
About You:
  • Hold a clean driving licence with D1 entitlement.
  • Experienced in driving larger vehicles, ideally LGV or PSV.
  • Friendly, approachable and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and safety conscious.
