Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
  • Preparing work areas by cleaning and organising tools and equipment
  • Supporting tradespeople with basic tasks as required, including moving supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with site clearance and waste disposal in accordance with environmental standards
  • Performing general labouring duties across different sections of the site as directed by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a work environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
  • A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
