Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads in the market, build efficient sales strategies to convert these leads into users, and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain high levels of customer retention.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Mentor, motivate, and lead a high-performance sales team; Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure the attainment of assigned goals and targets by tracking progress and holding regular meetings with the team to review performance statistics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years' experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar role in a sales-driven environment.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, along with customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must be customer service-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
