This advert is open to Internal and external applicants.
Library Assistants are key staff in the provision of an efficient and effective public library and enquiry service direct to the public.
This role will involve you having excellent customer service skills to help deliver our enquiry service.
You will be expected to have the IT skills necessary to help support the library digital agenda and to ensure customers are able to benefit from this.
The post will require you to interact with customers from all backgrounds in particular children and families when delivering our regular children's activities.
