Job Overview:

We are seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join our dynamic financial planning team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing financial reports and client reviews

- Conduct research on investment products and financial planning strategies

- Organise and maintain client files and documentation

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for financial plans

- Utilise Intelligent Office and FE analytics for document preparation and data analysis

- Provide excellent customer service to clients with professionalism and efficiency

- Support the financial planning team with various office tasks

- Demonstrate IT proficiency to navigate financial planning software

Requirements:

You will need to have previous experience working in a Financial Planning administration role OR Junior paraplanner role.

Proficient in report writing and maintaining accurate records

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software

Knowledge of financial planning principles and practices

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Good product knowledge along with the Diploma Level 4 or 1 - 2 exams off
