Pay, Hours & Benefits

This is a full-time role with a focus on a fantastic work-life balance.

  • Excellent Pay: Base salary of £29,640 per year.

  • High Earning Potential: Realistic on-target earnings of £35,000 with our bonus scheme (before any overtime).

  • 4-Day Work Week: Work Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (36 hours), and enjoy a 3 day weekend every week.

  • Guaranteed Hours: As this is a driving role, your 36-hour week is paid as a flat 38 hours (£15.00/hr).

  • Overtime: All hours worked over 36 are paid at an enhanced rate of £22.50 per hour.

  • Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential: A full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally in high-end domestic work.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • We are open to candidates with a couple of years' experience or those newer to the trade who are highly motivated and keen to learn fast.
