Are you ready to drive growth and make a significant impact in the grocery sector? At Premier Foods, we are seeking a passionate and commercially savvy Customer Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our newly acquired brands, playing a crucial role in shaping our success across prominent UK key customer accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow our brands through increased distribution, feature & display, and optimised promotional activity.
  • Own trading responsibility and deliver forecast accuracy for nominated categories.
  • Lead customer negotiations, product launches, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver joined-up plans.
  • Manage customer profitability, pricing structures, and promotional programmes.
  • Drive ROI of trade spend and ensure efficient ledger query management.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in fact-based selling and negotiation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent planning, organising, and time management.
  • Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a drive for results
  • Experience in ambient food or broader food/ beverage industry sectors.
  • Budget management and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of key grocery customers.
