This role would ideally suit someone data focussed looking to start their career in the water industry.

Your Key Accountabilities In Helping Us Will Be

  • Validation and processing of feedback from our frontline crews before submission onto company systems

  • Driving improvement in the quality of data returned from the field teams
  • Working closely with the wider Waste Assurance Team to ensure feedback is accurate enough for assurance decisions and reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of your activity

What You'll Bring To The Role
The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

You will need experience in using both SAP and Microsoft Office products, such as Excel. These tools are integral to daily tasks, allowing you to manage data efficiently and perform various administrative functions. The familiarity with these systems ensures that you will be able to handle complex data sets and streamline processes to enhance productivity.

In addition to these technical skills, it is desirable you have a solid understanding of regulatory reporting processes and sewerage operational processes. This includes knowledge of the regulatory requirements for reporting sewerage incidents. Your experience in providing services to internal customers is also desired to hone your ability to meet their needs effectively and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • An excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills, with a view to building effective working relationships
  • Strong implementation and support skills
  • The ability to understand business processes, with the confidence to challenge current practice where required

Desirable

You will need 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, and I hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Is that you?
